The 30 Day Self-Reflection Journal was created to help you re-connect and deepen your understanding of self.
As a gentle introduction to mindful practices, this journal is the perfect way to begin your wellness journey while keeping you accountable. It includes an initial reflection page for the previous month followed by a daily check-in (DCI) worksheet, a prompt response/word release section, and a daily habit tracker.
The DCI worksheet includes a series of questions to help guide you towards intentional mindfulness- or an awareness of how your day unfolded. The prompt response/word release can be determined by the user. You can choose to elaborate on a response from the DCI, detail what’s on your mind, or respond to a provided journal prompt that challenges you to look within to help encourage the user to dig deep in order to arrive at a better understanding of your own self. It is a way to evaluate if we are truly aligned with our core values.
The daily habit tracker includes some habits to include in your monthly wellness challenge but also encourages the user to incorporate others that are important for them. Some will be more challenging changes than others. Know that change is a journey and not easy so have fun with it.
Remember, the more you invest into the journal, the more you will get out of it. HEALTH IS WEALTH so invest accordingly!
